  • Activity data such as which pages people visit, which buttons they click, and how long different types of activity occur. We use this data to monitor and improve the functioning of the Website and our Services.
  • Financial and trading data such as brokerage account connections, trade logs, scores, trade journals, and data imported from third-party brokerage services. We use this data to populate your trade journals and dashboards, and to generate insights via AI Coach and other features.
  • Contact information such as name, email address, and phone number. We use this data to contact you.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type/version, device identifier, operating system, and usage data. We use this for fraud prevention and to monitor and improve the functioning of the Website and our Services.
  • Payment data such as billing and payment information. We do not store credit card numbers or other payment card data; that goes directly to our payment card vendor and we do not receive it.

We do not sell personal data. We collect the above categories of personal data either directly or through our third-party vendors who operate different aspects of the Website and Services. Those vendors may receive personal data as part of performing services on our behalf.

Toreda reserves the right to disclose information, including personal data, to law enforcement and other governmental entities as necessary in our sole discretion to comply with a legal obligation, or as relevant to a legal defense or claim.
