How to use this curriculum, the single idea underneath every lesson, and the one habit worth starting today.
This curriculum runs from market mechanics to a repeatable process: psychology, risk, structure, volume, patterns, and finally a watchlist you build yourself. It is free and always will be. What separates traders who last from traders who do not is almost never a secret indicator — it is whether they have a process at all.
How to use this curriculum
Read the first four sessions in order. Mindset and risk come before technical analysis on purpose: no chart pattern survives poor discipline or an oversized position.
After that, treat it as a reference. Come back to the breakout session the week you are actually watching a breakout. Ten minutes with a live example beats an hour of straight reading.
Commit to one approach
Strategy-hopping is the most expensive habit in trading. Any method here only works once you have run it long enough to produce real data about how you trade it. Pick one, trade it small, and judge it over dozens of trades — not three.
What this curriculum will not do
It will not hand you signals to copy or tell you what to buy. Every session teaches you to read something yourself: what a candle is reporting, where a level actually sits, whether a move has anyone behind it.
That is slower than being told what to trade. It is also the only version that still works when whoever was telling you goes quiet.
The one idea behind every lesson
Every price on a chart is a deal two people agreed to. Price rises when buyers want in more urgently than sellers want out, and falls when that urgency flips sides.
Volume tells you how many people it took to reach that deal. Structure, EMAs, candlesticks, volume profile, levels, patterns — every tool ahead is a different way of reading those two things more carefully.
Core principle
Price records the deal that was struck. Volume records how much conviction it took to strike it. When a move has one without the other, stay skeptical.
Start one habit today
Start a journal before your next trade — not after the course, not next month. Log the setup, the size, where your stop sat, and how you felt entering and exiting.
A few weeks of honest entries will teach you things about how you trade that no course can, because the data is about you specifically.
Do this now
Open a journal and commit to logging every trade. Toreda gives you a free trial with broker sync and automated scoring, but a spreadsheet works too — the habit matters more than the tool.
One last thing: none of this is financial advice. This curriculum teaches you how to think about markets and build a process. What you trade, and whether you trade at all, is your decision and your risk.
Put it into practice
Reading builds knowledge; journaling builds skill. Track your trades and see your own patterns.
